教育部明确规定:高职院校在办学目标、人才培养模式、招生、就业、毕业文凭及待遇等方面普通高等教育的院校完全一样。近年来,高职高专教育也得到了迅速发展。高职物理具有一定的规律性,对学生的思维能力有一定的要求,总体来说教学效果不佳。从如何激发学生学习的积极性,注意关注个体差异,再结合着自身多年教学的经验,换课堂给学生,发挥学生自身的主体作用,鼓励学生探索,作为高职高专院校的授课教师,必须能正确认识和分析当前高职学生的现状,提高高职物理课堂教学实效性。
