医院工会宣教工作作为医院工会工作的重要内容,不仅对员工思想政治教育有着极大的推动,同时也有利于医院工作的发展大局。工会宣教工作在推动职工思想解放、优化职工整体素质方面发挥着不可替代的作用。结合我院发展实际,我认为做好工会宣教工作,必须明确工会宣教工作的目标和任务,积极推动工会宣教模式的创新,实现医院的快速健康发展。
As an important content of the hospital union’s work, the missionary work of the hospital union not only greatly promotes ideological and political education of employees, but also benefits the overall development of hospital work. The trade union mission work plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the ideological liberation of workers and optimizing the overall quality of employees. According to the actual development of our hospital, I think that in order to do well in the mission work of trade unions, we must clearly define the objectives and tasks of the mission work of the trade unions, actively promote the innovation of the trade mission’s missionary model and realize the rapid and healthy development of the hospital.
