目的:分析中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将在该院2012年3月~2013年5月收治的96例ICP患者分为两组,每组48例,对照组患者给予口服熊去氧胆酸片进行治疗〔15 mg/(kg·天)〕,3次/天,同时静滴1 000 mg腺苷蛋氨酸,1次/天,连续治疗1周;治疗组患者在对照组患者用药基础上给予清肝利胆汤水煎服(1剂/天),连续使用1周。观察两组患者临床治疗前后血清甘胆酸(CG)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、胆红素(TB)水平变化、分娩结局及治疗效果。结果:经过1周治疗后,治疗组患者与对照组患者的各项指标(CG、TBA、ALT、AST、TB)水平均显著下降,与对照组患者比较,治疗组患者上述指标水平下降更为显著。对照组患者中剖宫产率、早产率、胎儿窘迫率、羊水污染率、新生儿窒息率均明显高于治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组患者治疗总有效率(95.83%)显著高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率(64.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗ICP可有效降低患者CG、TBA、ALT、AST、TB水平,疗效显著。
