目的:研究卵泡抑制素3类似物(FSTL3)水平在妊娠期糖尿病发生发展中的作用。方法:被确诊为妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的82例孕产妇作为病例组,选择同期就诊的未被诊断为GDM的82例孕产妇作为正常组。收集两组孕产妇的基本资料,采用ELISA方法检测FSTL3水平及其他临床检查指标。结果:单因素方差分析结果显示,两组孕产妇之间的年龄、文化程度、糖尿病家族史、高血压家族史、喜爱甜食、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)1 h血糖和FSTL3差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、糖尿病家族史、喜爱甜食、OGTT 1 h血糖和FSTL3是GDM的独立影响因素,且文化程度与FSTL3是GDM的保护因素,即FSTL3越高患GDM的可能性越小,FSTL3越低患GDM可能性越大。结论:FSTL3对GDM的发生与发展可能起保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of follistatin 3 analogue (FSTL3) in the development of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: 82 cases of pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) were selected as the case group. 82 pregnant women who were diagnosed as GDM during the same period were selected as the normal group. The basic data of two groups of pregnant women were collected, the FSTL3 level and other clinical indexes were detected by ELISA. Results: The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the differences of blood glucose and FSTL3 between the two groups were statistically significant at 1 h of age, educational level, family history of diabetes, family history of hypertension, sweet tooth, oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, education level, family history of diabetes, favorite sweet food, OGTT 1 h blood glucose and FSTL3 were independent factors of GDM, and education and FSTL3 were the protective factors of GDM The higher the risk of GDM with FSTL3, the lower the FSTL3, the greater the possibility of GDM. Conclusion: FSTL3 may play a protective role in the occurrence and development of GDM.
