高职院校学生职业能力的培养至关重要,对于高职院校学生的管理能力来说,推进管理学课程的教学改革是关键。从高职院校学生职业能力培养的必要性分析入手,探讨了高职院校学生职业能力的培养对策,并以管理能力为例,研究了高职院校学生管理能力与管理学教改的关系。
The cultivation of vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges is of crucial importance. For the management ability of students in higher vocational colleges, the teaching reform of management science courses is the key. This paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges, probes into how to train students’ occupational ability in higher vocational colleges, and takes the management ability as an example to study the relationship between the management ability of students in higher vocational colleges and the teaching reform of management .
