1资料与方法患者,男,28岁,因结婚4年不育来诊。一般检查:智力正常,声音尖细。身高178cm,体重58 kg。皮肤细腻,无胡须,无喉结。腋毛、阴毛稀疏,乳房发育。外生殖器呈男性,睾丸容积约4 ml,阴茎牵长为5cm。实验室检查:血基础睾酮(T)为91 ng/dl(正常值260-1320 ng/dl),黄体生成素(LH)11.74 mIU/ml(正常值4.36~8.48mIU/ml);卵泡刺激素(FSH)22.7 mIU/ml(正常值1.74~1.84 mIU/ml);雌二醇(E2)35.8pg/ml(正常值1.4~18.1 pg/ml)。精液检查:示无活动精子。行外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析及SRY、AZF相关基因检测。
1 Materials and Methods Patients, male, 28 years old, because of marriage 4 years infertility clinics. General examination: mental normal, sharp tip. Height 178cm, weight 58 kg. Delicate skin, no beard, no throat. Armpit hair, pubic hair sparse, breast development. External genital was male, testis volume of about 4 ml, penis pull to 5cm. Laboratory tests: blood basal testosterone (T) of 91 ng / dl (normal 260-1320 ng / dl), luteinizing hormone (LH) of 11.74 mIU / ml (normal 4.36 ~ 8.48 mIU / ml); follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) 22.7 mIU / ml (normal 1.74 to 1.84 mIU / ml); estradiol (E2) 35.8 pg / ml (normal 1.4 to 18.1 pg / ml). Semen check: no activity sperm. Chromosomal Analysis of Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes and Detection of SRY and AZF Related Genes.
