控制和降低噪音,是改善冲压车间劳动条件的重要一环,大致可以从下列诸方面进行: 1.冲制阶段采用逐渐冲切的方法,如斜刃冲裁和阶梯凸模冲孔。当斜刃高度为一个料厚时,可降低噪声5~10分贝。一切使冲裁容易进行的因素都可减低噪音,如凹模孔口采用斜口式、较大的冲裁间隙、热冲、限制凸模进入材料的深度等。在较精确的冲压和成形模中可放置减震垫,这一方面能减低噪声,同时有助于限制凸模行入材料的深度,提高模具寿命。
