引言目前,我国主要生产的数控线切割机都是采用快速走丝。它的优点是:生产率高、加工稳定、不易断丝等。缺点是:电极丝张力不稳。凡从事这项工作的人都知道,电极丝张力的稳定与否将直接影响加工质量。为了解决这个问题,许多单位试制了各种电极丝张紧器,并取得了一些成绩。现有的张紧器基本上可分为两类——弹力张紧器和重力张紧器。这两种装置虽然都能对电极丝起到张紧的作用,但其张力并不能保持恒定,本文将提出解决的办法。
Introduction At present, China’s main production of CNC wire cutting machine are fast wire. Its advantages are: high productivity, stable processing, not easily broken wire. The disadvantage is: unstable electrode wire tension. Anyone who is engaged in this work knows that the stability of the wire tension will directly affect the processing quality. In order to solve this problem, many units trial a variety of wire tensioners, and achieved some results. The existing tensioners can basically be divided into two categories - elastic tensioners and gravity tensioners. Although both devices can play a role in tension on the electrode wire, but its tension can not be constant, this paper will propose solutions.
