自党的十一届三中全会以来,党的富民政策在全国城乡得到了落实。我们兰州市也同全国各地一样,出现了经济振兴的局面,一年比一年好,与此同时,城乡人民生活水平也得到大幅度提高,一年比一年富裕,可以说这是建国以来从未有过的。当然,在我们的建设和改革中,也还存在着这样和那样的问题,但决不是象社会上一些人说的牢骚话那样:“现在不少东西都涨价,人民生活水平下降了。”为了用具体事实说明这一问题,使广大人民群众看到我们的经济形势是在不断向好的方面发展,人民生活安定,正在向小康水平迈进,我们对本市百户城乡居民的生活水平
