应用G显带技术对我国第一个小细胞肺癌细胞系(SCLC)LTEP-sm进行细胞遗传学研究,共分析分散及显带良好的55代和99代中期相细胞各30个,并对55代及99代各50个中期相细胞进行染色体计数。结果表明,该细胞系55代细胞染色体众数为51~53条,99代为51~54条,基本是一亚三倍体。恒定出现的标记染色体有6个,其中3号染色体短臂缺失即del3p14-23在30个中期相中高达26(55代)及28(99代)个;另5个标记染色体是t(1;15)(1qter→1p22∷15p12→15qter),del(1)(qter→p31:),del(7)(pter→q31:),t(6;9)(6pter→6q14∷9q21→9qter),del(12)(qter→p12.3:)。99代细胞的染色体众数与55代基本一致,且标记染色体完全相同,表明该细胞系遗传结构稳定。
The G-banding technique was used to study the cytogenetics of LTEP-sm, the first small cell lung cancer cell line (SCLC) in our country. A total of 30 metaphase cells of 55 and 99 generations were observed, Generations and 99 generations of each of the 50 metaphase cells were counted for chromosomes. The results showed that there were 51-53 chromosomes on chromosome 55 and 51-54 on the 99th generation, which was basically a sub-triploid. There were 6 constant marker chromosomes, of which, del3p14-23 deletion in chromosome 3 was up to 26 (55 passages) and 28 (99 passages) in 30 metaphase and the other 5 markers were t (1; Del (1) (qter → p31 :), del (7) (pter → q31 :), t (6; 9) (6pter → 6q14 :: 9q21 → 9qter) del (12) (qter → p12.3 :). The chromosome number of 99th generation cells was basically the same as that of the 55th generation, and the chromosomes of the 99th chromosomes were completely identical, indicating that the cell line was stable in genetic structure.
