国内艺术博览会(以下简称“艺博会”)创自1993年。当时首届“中国艺术博览”(以下简称“中博会”)在广州交易会大厦内揭开帷幕。自那时起,“中博会”每年一届(第三届起即移地北京),不算今年在内,也已办下五届。北京办了以后,广州、上海也相继仿效,办起了大型的“艺博会”(其中广州已办过三届,上海则在去年创办首届,据悉,今年上海将办第二届)。除了上述大型的综合性质的“艺博会”外,少数城市还办过一些分门别类的中型博览会。拙文重点考察前者,后者暂不论及(其实问题也相类似)。
