养生温度是泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计中最重要的部分之一,选择合理的养生温度能够提高室内配合比设计结果与施工现场的一致性。采用劈裂强度、低温SCB和间接拉伸疲劳试验研究25℃、40℃、60℃、70℃、110℃等5种养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学强度、路用性能的影响,揭示了养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料强度的影响机理。试验结果表明,随着养生温度增高,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料干湿ITS显著增大,混合料密实度提高;提高养生温度,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料破坏应变、单位体积破坏应变能增幅较大,混合料小梁试件柔性增强,疲劳寿命显著增大;泡沫沥青冷再生混合料马歇尔试件劈裂破坏界面泡沫沥青面积百分比与试件干湿劈裂强度和疲劳寿命之间的线性拟合关系良好,养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的影响机理在于其增大了泡沫沥青的分散面积,改善了泡沫沥青的分散性状,提高了混合料的密实度。推荐采用40℃进行室内加速养生。
