传统的固定电话业务市场面临来自移动通信I、P语音等通信业务的巨大冲击,同时目前固定电话网络存在全网交换机型过多、设备老化、网络结构不清晰、业务支撑能力弱等问题。固定电话网络智能化工作正是通过引入集中的用户数据库来提升网络的业务支撑能力。从不同的层面分析了具有代表性的福建、江苏、广东、上海的网络智能化试点方案,并阐述了关于网络智能化实现方案上的一些观点。
The traditional fixed telephone service market is facing a huge impact from the communication services such as mobile communication I and P voice. At the same time, there are problems in the fixed telephone network such as over-the-network switching models, equipment aging, unclear network structure and weak business support capability. It is through the introduction of a centralized user database to enhance the network’s business support capabilities. From different aspects, it analyzes the typical pilot programs of network intelligence in Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shanghai and expounds some opinions on the scheme of network intelligent implementation.
