江苏铁通为了在激烈的市场竞争中得到快速发展,根据全网的实际情况,统一网内交换机的软件版本,将交换机SSP化,使呼叫上报智能网,通过SCP触发,从而实现了固定电话网络的智能化。介绍了实现固定电话网智能化的几种方案,并以在江苏铁通的应用为例说明了固网智能化在实际网络中的应用。
