我国的定向凝固技术研究工作起步较晚,尤其定向凝固的设备研究工作更尚属空白状态。为此我所在78年~80年首次研制成功我国第一台以液态锡为冷却介质的定向结晶炉。 该炉经测试及热分析表明:具有很大的温度梯度G(G=74.42℃/cm);具有较高的凝固速度R(R=56.58cm/小时);具有较小的糊状区宽度ΔZ(ΔZ=0.73cm)。这些主要参数已接近或达到70年代国外水平。我所在这台设备上进行了大量的定向凝固的研究工作并取得可喜
China’s directional solidification technology research started late, especially the directional solidification equipment research is still a blank state.
