In order to further promote the healthy development of venture capital, the Ministry of Science and Technology will study and formulate an encouraging policy to promote the development of venture capital in the near future and is expected to make policy breakthroughs on some key issues. Specifically: 1. The Ministry of Science and Technology is actively cooperating with tax departments to work out corresponding tax policies, encourage and foster venture capital investment as soon as possible, and strive for an early introduction. 2. The Ministry of Science and Technology is cooperating with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce
