Living is one of the four major needs of the people. Once this demand has been basically satisfied, it will rise from a simple material level to a spiritual one. The common expression is to solve the “live what ” after the question should be asked “how to live ” issue, which is actually a transition from “” “home ” process. In this sense, the development of the real estate industry is by no means merely an economic development of the economy. It is also a development of a cultural industry. In this process, it not only contains people’s multi-dimensional examination of the “dwelling house” as a material entity, but also reflects people’s unrelenting pursuit of the spiritual conception of “dwelling place ”. We are unobscured, every era will have the aesthetic taste of the times, so no matter what the deviations from the search of “home ” in this era, we are not qualified to judge. But in the real world - “our own time ” - this chaotic Beijing property market, we have no reason to stand idly by, we should take every responsibility for its healthy growth.
