以兴津、柑、朋娜脐橙、安江香柚4个品种的离体春叶为试材,测定了经不同时间(2,4,6,8d)低温(-5℃)胁迫和同一时间(2d)不同低温(0,-5,-8,-10℃)胁迫后质膜透性和膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)及抗坏血酸(V-C)的含量.结果表明,柑桔抗寒性与电解质外渗量和MDA含量呈负相关;与V-C含量呈正相关.这些还原性物质的浓度差异在抵抗低温伤害中具有重要意义,可作为柑桔各品种抗寒性鉴定的指标
In vitro spring leaves of four varieties of Xingjin, Citrus, Peng Na navel orange and Anjiang fragrant grape were used as materials to measure the effects of low temperature (-5 ℃) stress at different times (2, 4, 6, 8d) 2d). Membrane permeability and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and ascorbic acid (V-C) of membrane lipid peroxidation products under different low temperature (0, -5, -8 and -10 ℃) The results showed that there was a negative correlation between cold resistance and electrolyte leakage and MDA content in citrus, and positively correlated with V-C content. The concentration of these reducing substances in resistance to low temperature injury is of great significance, can be used as an indicator of cold tolerance of citrus varieties
