培养学生的运动技能,其实质就是通过以肌肉感觉为基础的本体感觉所建立的复杂的条件反射。在体育教学中要培养学生的运动技能,就必须培养学生的本体感觉。笔者通过多年的教学研究,探究出了一套培养学生“本体感觉”的策略。(一)加强自我控制,发展本体感觉;(二)结合表象训练,强化本体感觉;(三)借助辅助器材,深化本体感觉;(四)运用反馈信息,提高本体感觉灵敏度;(五)进行反复练习,巩固正确的本体感觉。
The essence of developing a student’s motor skills is the complex conditioned reflex established by the ontological sensation based on muscle sensations. In physical education to train students ’motor skills, we must cultivate students’ ontology feeling. Through years of teaching and research, I have explored a set of strategies to cultivate students “body feeling ”. (1) to strengthen self-control and develop ontology feeling; (2) to enhance the ontology feeling by combining appearance training; (3) to deepen the ontology feeling with auxiliary equipment; (4) to use feedback information to enhance ontology sensibility and sensitivity; Practice and consolidate the correct ontology feeling.
