随着社会主义市场经济的发展和改革开放的进一步深入,企业经营机制的转换,企业生存发展的内部环境和外部环境发生了很大变化。企业职工思想工作面临着许多新情况新问题,也带来许多新挑战。笔者结合国有企业实际,就如何做好企业职工的思想工作谈话方式,深入调查研究,掌握、了解职工思想脉搏,剖析问题根源,理清思路,为当前和今后一个时期做好国有企业职工思想工作提供了新思路。
