在日光温室内,研究不同的N、P、K用量对土壤栽培黄瓜产量及其品质的影响。研究结果表明:增加磷素用量和比例可以显著提高黄瓜的产量;适量氮钾肥配合增施磷肥可以增加果实中可溶性蛋白含量;适量氮磷肥配合增施钾肥可以改善果实品质,提高可溶性糖和维生素C含量,降低硝酸盐含量。
The effects of different N, P and K levels on the yield and quality of soil-grown cucumber were studied in a solar greenhouse. The results showed that increasing the amount and proportion of phosphorus could significantly increase the yield of cucumber. Appropriate amount of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer combined with application of phosphate fertilizer could increase the content of soluble protein in fruit. Appropriate amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer combined with increasing potassium fertilizer could improve fruit quality and increase soluble sugar and vitamin C Content, reduce nitrate content.
