在现在的初中教育之中,受教者大多都是00后的学生,伴随着我国的社会主义经济的快速发展,这部分学生基本上都是在非常优越的条件之中长大的。在所处的教育环境之中,由于与日常生活的条件有所不同以及所接受的家庭教育观念和环境的影响不同,再加上初中生正处在青春发育成长的阶段之中,使得初中班主任在工作中会出现很多的困难。但是情感教育对学生的知识文化学习以及课后的成长有着很大的影响,抓住学生的情感是抓住学生的学习教育以及抓住学生本身的直接影响因素。本文针对初中班主任工作中的“五情教育”的作用进行探讨,并对其作用进行全面地、详细地阐述。
In the current middle school education, most of the recipients are students after 00. Along with the rapid development of China’s socialist economy, some of these students have basically grown up in very favorable conditions. In the educational environment, due to the different conditions of daily life and family education received by the different concepts and the impact of the environment, combined with junior high school students are in the stage of youth growth and development, making junior high school class teacher There will be a lot of difficulties in my work. Emotional education, however, has a great influence on students’ knowledge and culture as well as after-school growth. To seize the students’ emotions is to seize students’ learning and education and grasp the direct influence factors of students themselves. This article discusses the role of “Five Love Education ” in the work of junior high school class teacher, and expounds its role comprehensively and in detail.
