一、对家园和谐德育实践的认识良好品德教育是人才培养的核心要素,也是其他一切教育的基础。良好的品性习惯应当从小抓起、从小培养,特别是在日常生活中逐步养成,这是古今中外教育的共识。现如今,社会依然广泛存在“重智育轻德育”、“重衣食轻品行”、“重训斥轻养成”等错误的教育方式,因而希冀通过对家园和谐德育系列活动等方面的实践探究,逐步提高家园和谐德育工作的实效性,充分发挥家园和谐德育在幼儿全面发展中的重要作用。
