现在大部分开设有动画专业的学校都面临着与市场接轨问题的困扰,这显然预示着我们的培养模式与市场的需求有些脱节了,我们培养的大学毕业生中只有很少一部分能够进入相关的行业中就业,而大部分学生的动手能力还是相对较弱,而达不到企业的用人需求。那么如何才能培养出合格的人才,我们又该用怎样的方式来教学呢?下面我就以我自己的一些想法来和诸位探讨一下关于动画专业教学建设的相关举措。
Nowadays, most studios with animation major are confronted with the problem of market convergence. This clearly indicates that our training model is somewhat out of touch with the market demand. Only a very small part of our graduates are able to enter the relevant Employment in the industry, while most of the students’ ability to do things is still relatively weak, but can not meet the business needs of employers. So how can we cultivate qualified talents and how can we teach them? In the following, I will discuss with you some of my thoughts on the teaching of animation major.
