目的观察综合康复治疗早期脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果。方法 60例被选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予康复训练。在治疗前后分别采用洼田氏饮水实验评定患者吞咽功能的改善情况。结果康复治疗组疗效显著。结论综合康复治疗有利于吞咽障碍患者康复。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on swallowing dysfunction after early cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given rehabilitation training. Before and after treatment, respectively, using Kusakabe drinking water test to assess the improvement of swallowing function. Results Rehabilitation treatment group significant effect. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation is beneficial to patients with swallowing disorders.
