2份抗BaYMV栽培种,4份感BaYMV栽培种和由这些抗性种与感性种正反交得到的10份F_1的花药离体培养,结果表明了抗性种在作父本时,F_1的花培绿苗率可以介于双亲之间或超亲;而在作母本时,绿苗率则介于双亲之间或低于双亲。正反交F_1花培绿苗率存在一定差异。
Two anti-BaYMV cultivars, four cultivated BaYMV cultivars, and ten F_1 anther cultures obtained from the reciprocal cross between these resistant and susceptible species were used for in vitro culture. The results showed that F_1 Flower green shoot rate can be between parents or super-parents; while as a female parent, the green seedling rate is between parents or less than the parents. There was a certain difference in the rate of green shoots and seedlings between F_1 and F_1.
