广州蓄能水电厂(Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station简称为GPSPS)B厂共装设四台300MW可逆式水轮发电机组,主要担任广东电力系统的调峰、填谷任务,同时兼顾调相和紧急事故备用。电厂水泵和调相工况启动的主要方式为变频器启动,背靠背启动是其备用启动方式。全厂四台机组共用一套静止变频启动装置。本文详细介绍了广蓄B厂静止变频启动装置(Static Frequency Converter简称为SFC)隔离变压器#4冷却风机电源开关跳闸故障原因查找及分析处理,并详细分析了六台冷却风机的启动过程和停机过程。避免隔离变温度高导致SFC跳闸,而引起机组启动失败。以便类似故障发生时可以迅速地查出故障原因并尽快消除故障,尽早恢复静止变频启动装置正常运行。
