南京工学院在1959年前后設計了一种新型低压、小容量鍋炉—ББ—型无汽鼓自然循环鍋炉。本文就这种鍋炉的設計和两台試制产品ББ—1.7型(1.7吨/小时、15公斤/厘米~2、370℃)与ББ—10型(10吨/小时、13公斤/厘米~2、350℃)鍋炉的运行情况提出了一些看法和問題。ББ型鍋炉不用汽鼓,而以中、大型鍋炉所用的外置式旋风子来代替,因此簡化了鍋炉的制造和安装,也节約了金屬。經过理論分析和根据新产品的运行情况来判断,旋风子是能代替汽鼓保証蒸汽品质和水循环安全的,但是也引起了一些問題:必須取消对流管束而采用沸騰式省煤器;需用較高压头的給水泵;对給水調节的要求較高;以及負荷变化吋的汽压变动速度較快。本文对上述問題作了分析,也提出了一些解决的办法。在結构尺寸和重量方面,本文以ББ—10型鍋炉与同参数、同容量的Д—10(ДКВ—10)型和T—10(ТКЗ—10)型鍋炉作了比較;在运行性能方面也与一般小型鍋炉作了比較。結果表明:ББ型鍋炉具有显著的优点;存在的困难也是可以克服的。最后,本文还对这种新型鍋炉提高参数和增大容量的可能性提出了初步的看法。
Nanjing Institute of Technology in 1959 designed a new type of low-pressure, small-capacity boiler - ББ-type drumless natural circulation boiler. In this paper, the boiler design and two prototype products ББ-1.7 type (1.7 tons / hour, 15 kg / cm ~ 2,370 ℃) and ББ-10 type (10 tons / hour, 13 kg / cm ~ 350 ℃) boiler operation made some observations and problems. Instead of a steam drum, the ББ boiler replaced the external whirlwind used in medium and large boilers, thus simplifying boiler manufacture and installation and saving metals. After theoretical analysis and judging from the operation of new products, Cyclone can replace the steam drum to ensure the steam quality and water circulation safety, but it also raises some problems: the convection tube bundle must be canceled and the boiling economizer should be used; Higher head feed pump; higher requirements on the water supply regulation; and changes in the steam pressure changes in inches faster. This article made an analysis of the above problems, but also put forward some solutions. In terms of structural size and weight, this paper compares boiler ББ-10 with Д-10 (ДКВ-10) and T-10 (ТКЗ-10) boiler of same capacity and same capacity. Compared with the general small boiler. The results show that: ББ boiler has significant advantages; the existing difficulties can be overcome. Finally, this paper also gives a preliminary view on the possibility of raising the parameters and increasing the capacity of this new boiler.
