古代术类随时代的不同其名称也极为混乱,究竟用哪种来源的术类生药才能得到古人所期望的药效,仍然很不清楚。关于各处方中所用苍术和白术的区别还没有科学评价根据,在药理学上只有山原氏等报告,苍术及其组成成份有中枢抑制作用,而白术几乎没有这些作用。本研究着眼于术类的健胃作用来探讨术类生药对各种实验性胃溃疡模型的抗溃疡的作用,以判明它们在药理学作用
The name of the different types of ancient surgery is also very confusing. It is still unclear which kind of crude drugs can be used to obtain the efficacy expected by the ancients. There is no scientific evaluation basis for the differences between the herbs used in each prescription and Atractylodes macrocephala. In terms of pharmacology, only Yamahara et al reported that the herb and its constituents have a central inhibitory effect, while Atractylodes has almost no such effects. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of active herbs in the treatment of ulcers in experimental gastric ulcer models to determine their role in pharmacology.
