笔者试用乌脚毛草治疗急性乳腺炎十四例,效果很好。在十四例中,患者均有恶寒发热、头痛、食欲不振、噁心呕吐,白血球及中性增高。其中白血球10,000—20,000者九例,10,000以下者五例。体温38至39℃者七例,37.4℃者七例。治愈时间最短一天;最长为三天。制用方法:采用乌脚毛草的茎及根,每次一两,水煎分三次服。局部用十字草和白粬捣烂敷于患处,每日换药一次。一般服一二剂后,症状消失,红肿消退,但对已成脓者无效。
The author tried to treat 14 cases of acute mastitis with a good effect. In 14 cases, the patients had chills, fever, headache, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, white blood cells and a neutral increase. Among them, there were nine cases of white blood cells ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 and five cases below 10,000. There were seven cases with a body temperature of 38 to 39°C and seven cases at 37.4°C. The shortest healing time is one day; the longest is three days. Method of use: The stems and roots of U. gracilis are used, one or two at a time, and the water is fried in three separate servings. Locally apply cross-stitch and white stubble to the affected area and change the dressing once a day. After serving one or two doses, the symptoms disappeared and the redness subsided, but it was not effective for those who had become pus.
