本文通过对１５８９户农村家庭户主的调查，来了解村民对合作医疗的支付意愿，并测算居民对合作医疗的需求价格弹性系数，分析经济水平与合作医疗形式的关系。研究结果表明：我省农村居民平均每人每年愿意筹１５．４元，需求价格弹性系数是－０．８４７１，属缺乏弹性类。随经济水平的升高，居民的支付意思增大，而需求价格弹性系数绝对值是减小的。所以在不同经济水平的地区，合作医疗形式应根据居民的能力、意愿因地制宜，不可一刀切。
This paper investigates the willingness of villagers to pay for cooperative medical care through surveys of 1,589 rural household heads, and measures the price elasticity coefficient of residents’ demand for cooperative medical care, and analyzes the relationship between economic levels and forms of cooperative medical treatment. The results of the study indicate that the average number of rural residents in our province is willing to raise 15.4 yuan per person per year. The elasticity coefficient of demand price is -0.8471, which is a lack of elasticity. As the economic level rises, the residents’ payment means increase, and the absolute value of the demand price elasticity decreases. Therefore, in regions with different economic levels, the form of cooperative medical care should be based on the ability and willingness of residents to adapt to local conditions.
