“十一”特长假,拥堵再次成为旅游热点问题之一,解决途径之一是恢复“五一”长假。中国旅游业的发展更需要法律保障,《旅游法(草案)》既为旅行社行业及其从业人员提供了合法经营的稳定依据,同时也为旅游者的人身安全及各项权益提供了法律保障。国家公园法与旅游法具一定关联性,功能却不同,但对推动旅游产业发展、促进中国民众的旅游福利,两者具有相互不可替代的重要作用。
“Eleven ” special holiday, congestion once again become one of the tourist hot issues, one of the ways to solve is to restore “51” holiday. The development of tourism in China needs more legal protection. “Travel Law (Draft)” not only provides a stable basis for the legitimate operation of travel industry and its employees, but also provides legal protection for the personal safety and rights and interests of tourists. The National Park Law and the Travel Law have certain relevance and different functions, but they play an important and irreplaceable role in promoting the tourism industry and promoting the tourism welfare of the Chinese people.
