“生本教育”作为一种新的人才培养方式,他与传统的“师本教育”理念相对应,它提倡“一切为了学生、高度尊重学生、全面依靠学生”的教学宗旨。这种教育理念的变革,符合新课程标准下数学教学的需求,能够充分的调动学生的主观能动性,对于提升数学教学的质量有着重要的意义“生本教育”理念的根本在于教育教学的方法论,它强调学生的主体地位,将学生视为教育教学的主体,从学生的角度出发,开发学生的无限潜能,培养学生在学习中的独立自主性,它打破了传统教育体系中的教师为主导的教育理念,完全转变了教师的思想意识。本文从“生本”理念在小学数学课堂中的贯彻实施,展开论述,以期对其他教师在教学过程中产生借鉴作用。
