为了提高卡介苗对人群的免疫力、银川市于1981年,由皮上划痕法改用皮内接种法。本文仅对银川市第二十三小学此次接种卡介苗的学生,进行9周和1年阳转率的观察,并将结果作一简要分析。调查方法一、接种对象:为该小学1～4年级学生,经O·T试验后72小时观察反应,阴性者用同一批卡介苗(兰州生物制品研究所制品,批号:81003)进行皮内接种。二、复查:接种后9周与1年各复查一次。复查用的结素仍为兰州生物制品研究所
