Yangshuo County is one of 10 maternal and child health demonstration counties jointly identified by the World Children’s Fund and the Ministry of Health.In order to provide the basis for future maternal and child health work and the effectiveness of assessment work, The county conducted a retrospective survey of all causes of death in 1980-1982.
