B610E(08MnNiVR)是上海宝钢集团研发的大线能量焊接用低合金高强度钢板,主要用于建造大型石油储罐,替代进口钢板。对采用B610E钢板建造的15×104m3浮顶油罐采用静态电阻应变测量技术进行应力测试,获得了罐壁板与罐底板应力实测数据。采用组合圆柱壳法理论计算罐壁板应力和采用基于沉降差有限元模型数值分析罐底板应力,并将计算应力曲线与实测应力进行比较,发现计算值与实测值总体吻合较好,并初步分析了大角焊缝区域十一个测点峰值应力存在差异的原因。最后对实测应力进行了评定,结果表明,采用国产钢板B610E制作的15×104m3浮顶油罐结构强度满足要求。
B610E (08MnNiVR) is a low-alloy high-strength steel for large-wire energy welding developed by Shanghai Baosteel Group. It is mainly used for the construction of large oil storage tanks to replace imported steel plates. The stress measurement of 15 × 104m3 floating roof tank constructed by using B610E steel plate was made by static resistance strain measurement technology, and the measured data of the stress of tank wall and tank floor were obtained. The stress of tank wall is calculated by the theory of combined cylindrical shell method and the stress of tank bottom is analyzed by the finite element model of settlement difference. The calculated stress curve is compared with the measured stress, and the calculated value is in good agreement with the measured value. The reasons for the difference in peak stress at eleven measuring points in the area of large fillet weld are also discussed. Finally, the measured stress was assessed, the results show that the use of domestic steel B610E produced 15 × 104m3 floating roof tank structural strength to meet the requirements.
