采用水热法制备纳米CeO_2催化剂,以酯类含氧挥发性有机化合物(OVOCs)催化燃烧反应为探针反应,结合XRD、O_2-TPD和H2-TPR表征,考察了焙烧温度对纳米CeO_2催化剂性能的影响.研究结果表明,CeO_2-500催化剂具有明显优于CeO_2-450和CeO_2-550催化剂的乙酸乙酯催化燃烧活性,在反应温度为195℃时,乙酸乙酯的转化率高达95.7%.纳米CeO_2催化剂的乙酸乙酯催化燃烧活性与其氧脱附性能和可还原性能具有正相关性,其催化燃烧活性从大到小的顺序为:CeO_2-500,CeO_2-550,CeO_2-450,即CeO_2-500催化剂具有优越的OVOCs催化燃烧活性.
The nano-CeO 2 catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method. The catalytic combustion reaction of oxygenated volatile organic compounds (OVOCs) was used as the probe reaction. The XRD, O 2 -TPD and H2-TPR characterization were used to investigate the effect of calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of nano- .The results show that CeO_2-500 catalyst has better catalytic activity than ethyl acetate catalyzed by CeO_2-450 and CeO_2-550, and the conversion rate of ethyl acetate reaches 95.7% when the reaction temperature is 195 ℃. The catalytic activity of ethyl acetate catalyzed by CeO 2 has a positive correlation with its oxygen desorption and reducibility. The order of catalytic combustion activity is CeO 2 -500, CeO 2 -550, CeO 2 -450, ie, CeO 2 - 500 catalyst has superior OVOCs catalytic combustion activity.
