随着“一带一路”等“走出去”战略的大力推行,在房建工程领域,国际EPC项目增长迅速,这对项目成本管理提出了更高的要求。本文研究了国际EPC房建项目成本管理的内涵和构成,探讨了现阶段此类项目成本管理所存在的主要问题,并在此基础上给出了合理的成本管理与控制建议,以期为国际EPC房建项目的工程实践提供参考。
With the vigorous implementation of the “Belt and Road”, etc. strategies of “going global”, the international EPC projects have been growing rapidly in the field of housing construction projects, which sets higher requirements for project cost management. This paper studies the connotation and composition of cost management of international EPC construction projects and discusses the main problems existing in the cost management of such projects at this stage.
