目的在华亭农村通过比较紫外线灯诱法、CO_2灯诱法、人工小时法及黑箱法等4种不同调查方法采集蚊虫,了解同一生境中4种调查方法捕蚊效果的差异。方法定人、定时、定点采用紫外线灯诱法、CO_2灯诱法、人工小时法及黑箱法采集蚊虫。结果 4种方法共采集蚊虫4属5种,计4 402只。其中紫外线灯诱法采集3属4种1 846只,占蚊虫总数的41.94%;CO_2灯诱法采集3属4种1 311只,占蚊虫总数的29.78%;人工小时法采集4属5种809只,占蚊虫总数的18.38%;黑箱法采集1属2种436只,占蚊虫总数的9.9%。结论4种采集方法中,人工小时法采集到的蚊虫种类多,对于标本制作、品种收集方面具有一定的优势,但费时、费力;紫外线灯诱法最方便,对个人技能不高,采集效果也不错;CO_2灯诱法采集蚊虫效果不错,但费用高,后续工作多,不方便;黑箱法采集效果最差。
Objective To collect mosquitoes in Huating Village by four methods: comparative UV light induction, CO 2 light induction, artificial hour and black box methods, and to understand the differences of mosquito trapping effects among the four survey methods in the same habitat. Methods The method of determination of artificial, regular, fixed point using ultraviolet light induced method, CO_2 light induced method, artificial hour method and black box method to collect mosquitoes. Results Four kinds of mosquitoes were collected in 4 genera and 5 species, accounting for 4 402. Among them, 1 846 species of 3 genera and 4 species were collected by UV lamp, accounting for 41.94% of the total number of mosquitoes; CO 2 light-induced method collected 1 311 species of 3 genera and 4 species, accounting for 29.78% of the total number of mosquitoes; artificial genus collected 4 genera and 5 species of 809 Only accounted for 18.38% of the total number of mosquitoes; black box method to collect 1 genus 2 species 436, accounting for 9.9% of the total number of mosquitoes. Conclusion There are many kinds of mosquitoes collected by the artificial hour method in the four kinds of collection methods, which have some advantages in sample preparation and variety collection, but they are time-consuming and labor-intensive. The UV-ray induction method is the most convenient and the individual skill is not high. Good; CO_2 light trap mosquitoes good results, but the high cost, follow-up work more inconvenient; black box method to collect the worst.
