近年来,全球政治、经济形势风云突变,尤其是国际油价的剧烈波动造成的国际油气资源结构重组为石油企业的海外开发带来了新的发展机会和发展空间,目前我国石油企业海外油气开发的合作模式主要以契约式和投资式为主,从而实现海外油气资源开发和企业国际化经营。本文以国际石油资源现状和油气开发合作条件的研究进行石油企业海外资源开发合作模式的探讨。
