当前我国英语教育缺乏对人文教育的重视,而导致学生只掌握基本的语言技能,而缺乏教师知识和思辨能力。本文以人文教育理念为指导,以某初中英语教师的人文性英语教师培养课程体系为例介绍英语教师培养的人文培养模式。初中的英语教师培养体系中加入了人文教育元素,从教学目标、课程设计和教学方法等方面进行了改进,适应了当前我国对英语综合教师的需求。人文教育则是指通过向学生传授人文学科的知识,
At present, the lack of emphasis on humanistic education in English education in our country leads students to master only the basic language skills and lack the knowledge and ability of teachers. This article, guided by the concept of humanistic education, takes a humanistic English teacher training course system of a middle school English teacher as an example to introduce the humanistic training mode cultivated by English teachers.
