商业银行向中小企业客户提供信贷服务的过程中会面临诸多风险,能够有效控制风险发生的就是客户经理。客户经理的业务水平和职业素养将直接影响信贷业务的安全性。建立和实行规范的客户经理制度,应该成为现代商业银行经营和发展模式中的重要举措。加强商业银行的客户经理在信贷方面的管理与防范,会有助于银行的稳健发展,建立高素质的客户经理团队,从制定客户的准入标准、开发创新的信贷产品、探索新型的担保措施、加强信息资源的共享等方面全面建设完善的银行中小企业客户信贷的风险防范措施。
