目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在内镜清洗消毒中应用效果。方法运用失效模式与效应分析,分析内镜消毒不合格的可能影响因素,找到潜在失效模式,制定改进措施,进行前瞻性的干预。结果实施FMEA管理后,内镜清洗消毒流程更规范,实施后内镜消毒合格率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论应用医疗失效模式与效应分析可提高内镜清洗消毒的质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) in endoscopic cleaning and disinfection. Methods Using the failure mode and effect analysis, the possible influencing factors of endoscopic disinfection failure were analyzed, the potential failure mode was found, the improvement measures were formulated, and the prospective intervention was made. Results After implementing FMEA management, the procedure of endoscope cleaning and disinfection was more standardized, and the endoscope disinfection pass rate was higher than that before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of medical failure mode and effect analysis can improve the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, which is worthy of clinical application.
