目的 利用多层面螺旋CT测量成年髂骨移植时可利用的髂骨长度、厚度及曲度 ,为临床髂骨骨移植术前提供依据。方法 选取 2 0 2例正常成人骨盆 (男 10 1例 ,女 10 1例 )进行扫描 ,利用工作站测量不同长度、不同深度髂骨厚度( 10mm为临床应用最小厚度 )及可用的髂骨范围及髂嵴前侧轴线、髂嵴角。结果 男、女性别之间 ,不同个体间髂骨厚度变异较大。男性髂骨最厚为 ( 17 17± 2 5 5 )mm ,女性髂骨最厚为 ( 15 87± 2 3 1)mm ;男性、女性髂嵴角无显著统计学差别 ,男性为 ( 117 5 9°± 4 71°) ,女性为 ( 116 0 3°± 4 98°) ;髂嵴前侧轴线男性为 ( 62 48± 5 17)mm ,女性为 ( 5 8 8± 4 13 )mm ,男性较女性长。结论 多层面螺旋CT行髂骨厚度、长度和曲度的测量对保证手术成功、减少并发症很有必要 ,可提供供骨范围、形态的准确资料
Objective To measure the length, thickness and curvature of the ilium that can be used in adult iliac bone grafting by multi-slice spiral CT and to provide a basis for clinical ilium bone graft. Methods A total of 202 normal adult pelvis (male 10 1, female 10 1) were selected for scanning. The workstation was used to measure the thickness of the ilium (10 mm for the clinical application) with different lengths and depths, and the available range of ilium and iliac Crest anterior axis, iliac crest angle. Results Male and female, between different individuals large variation in iliac thickness. The maximum thickness of the ilium in men was (17 17 ± 25 5) mm, and the thickness of the female ilium was (15 87 ± 2 3 1) mm. There was no significant difference in the Iliac crest angle between males and females (117 5 9 ° ± 4 71 °) and 116 ± 3 ° ± 4 98 ° in females, 62 48 ± 5 17 males in the anterior axis of iliac crest, and 58 8 ± 4 13 mm females in males Female long. Conclusion The measurement of ilium thickness, length and curvature by multi-slice spiral CT is necessary to ensure the success of operation and reduce the complications, and provide accurate data for the range and shape of bone
