福州港口协会三届理事会从1992年1月组成以来的三年,是我国改革开放不断深入、经济体制发生巨大变化和现代化建设事业飞速发展的三年。在这三年中,我会在邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论指导下,开拓前进,各项工作都取得新的成果。 一、积极开展课题研究 课题研究是协会为港口办实事的重要手段,也是协会的一项主要任务。三年来,我们围绕港口改革开放和建设发展,采取接受委托与自行选题相结合的方法,完成重点课题研究3项。即“开发松下深水港区”、“开发闽江口深水港区”和“福州港技改专项贷款可行性研究”等课题,并均已形成报告上送和提交有关单位。这些成果报告,有的已被行政当局采纳,有的引起领导机关的重视,作为决策的依据和参考。

In these three years, under the guidance of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, I will make progress and make new achievements in all fields. I. Actively carrying out research on subject The research on the subject is an important means for the association to do practical work for the port and is also one of the major tasks of the association. In the past three years, we have completed 3 key research projects focusing on the reform, opening up, construction and development of the port, adopting a combination of accepting entrustment and selecting one’s own topics. Namely the “Development of the Matsushita Deepwater Port Area”, the “Development of the Minjiang Estuary Deepwater Port Area” and the “Feasibility Study of Fuzhou Port Specialized Technical Improvement Loan”. All of them have been submitted and submitted to the relevant units. Some reports of these achievements have been adopted by the administrative authorities and some have drawn the attention of the leading organs as the basis and reference for decision-making.
