洛阳市人民政府令第93号2007年5月28日《洛阳市城市绿线及绿地建设管理办法》已经2007年5月19日市人民政府第17次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2007年7月1日起施行。市长郭洪昌第一条为了加强城市生态环境建设,创建良好的人居环境,促进城市可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国城市规划法》、国务院《城市绿化条例》、《洛阳市城市绿化条例》和建设部《城市绿线管理办法》(建设部第112号令)的规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
