Because of the paucity of data available from healthy people, the general understanding of the complete natural history of LBBB is almost entirely from inpatient heart disease. The prognosis obtained from clinical cases may not be suitable for asymptomatic individuals, so it is necessary to get the follow-up data of people without clinical evidence of heart disease.
