为探讨牛磺酸对氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠小肠结构和吸收功能的影响,采用图象分析仪检测小肠结构变化,体门静脉取血法观察小肠对色氨酸的吸收变化,用分光光度计测定动脉血中谷氨酰胺的浓度。结果显示,氟尿嘧啶可造成大鼠小肠结构和吸收功能障碍均明显减轻,动脉血谷氨酰胺浓度有明显提高
In order to investigate the effect of taurine on the intestinal structure and absorption function of rats treated with 5-Fluorouracil, the changes of small intestine structure were detected by image analyzer.
