The thermoelectric cooling method developed by the Institute of Semiconductors at the Soviet Academy of Sciences offers new tools for a range of science and technology departments. The physical basis for this method was discovered in 1834 by the famous French scientist Jean Charles Anatolian Peltét. The study was connected by three conductors A-B-A. Peltier effect is easy to figure out when using a circuit consisting of wire and DC power supply (Figure 1). Direct current causes thermal effects within this circuit: the conductor generates heat (releasing so-called Joule heat) and the Peltier effect. Peltier effect is: the conductors A and B joined
