目的:探讨双排螺旋CT在肺结核诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选择拟诊断为肺结核患者72例,都进行CT观察与病理诊断。结果:72例患者在CT上表现为片状分布细网织样阴影和微结节,有60例伴随有树芽征,56例有磨玻璃影。双排螺旋CT诊断肺结核的敏感性与特异性为100.0%和77.8%,误诊的2例是把非结核分枝杆菌感染诊断为肺结核。结论:双排螺旋CT在肺结核诊断多表现为细网织样阴影和微结节状况,但是也需要合理进行鉴别。
Objective: To explore the value of double-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: Seventy-two patients who were diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis were selected for CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis. RESULTS: Seventy-two patients showed patchy fine mesh-like shadows and micro nodules on CT, with 60 cases accompanied by sprouting of the tree and 56 cases of ground-glass opacities. The sensitivity and specificity of double-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were 100.0% and 77.8%. Two cases of misdiagnosis were diagnosed as non-tuberculosis mycobacterium tuberculosis. CONCLUSIONS: The double-helical CT is often characterized by fine mesh-like shadows and micro nodules in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, but it also requires reasonable discrimination.
